A new improved addition to the cottage is the patio doors opening onto the back garden – really allowing that sunlight to edge in and opening up the kitchen diner further feeling spacious and airy.

Within the garden, there is ample picnic space, tables and chairs. Round the corner you'll have sheltered storage space, potentially for storing bikes if required.

To the edge of the kitchen diner is the bathroom. Recently refurbished with a full size bath, shower, toilet and basin, tiled to high standard.

Up a straight staircase leads to the master bedroom on your right with a king size bed within and the 'water boost' for the immersion and on your left, the third bedroom with 2 single beds within – that can also be made up as a king size bed if required.

The cottage is traditional, convenient and 'homely', offering a wonderful break away from busy lives, and a good balance between time to switch off but also plenty to do- catering for many holiday checklists. You'll find the sea air, a sailing harbour, birdwatching and varied walks.
